Description	:	Franklin Boyd Knox 1949 Bridgewater Bulletin Heartfelt sympathy is being extended to Mr. and Mrs. Lemert Knox in the loss of their youngest son, Franklin, age six years and 11 months, who was instantly killed when struck by a car near his home early Saturday evening, April 9th. Besides the bereaved parents, he is survived by two sisters, Florence, age 12; Marguerite, age five; and two brothers, Gerald, age 11, and Warren, age nine. Besides the bereaved parents, he is survived by two sisters, Florence, age 12; Marguerite, age five; and two brothers, Gerald, age 11, and Warren, age nine. Franklin will be greatly missed by his school mates. His ready smile and quiet disposition made him beloved by all who knew him. The funeral was held from his late home on Tuesday afternoon. Rev. S.G. MacQueen officiated. A short service was held at the house. The body was then taken to Branch LaHave Church, where a very comforting sermon was delivered. The hymns sung were requested by Mrs. Knox as follows: "Precious Jewels," sung at the house; "Jesus Loves Me" and "Rock of Ages" at the church. Interment was at Branch LaHave Cemetery, beside his oldest brother who died of injuries sustained at play eight years ago. Pall-bearers were Lester Veinot, Rex Bruhm, Harold Zinck, and Lenwood Cook.
