Description	:	Franklin Chrismore was born at Fairfield, Iowa, November 20, 1848, and departed this life February 20, 1922, at the age of 73 years and three months. He was united in marriage to Nancy Hunt November 12, 1868, the wife dying June 23, 1917. To their union six children were born as follows, Mrs. Josie Wheaton, William, Mrs. Cora Shives, Elba E., Pearl N., and Earnest. William died July 20, 1903, and Earnest died May 21, 1921. Mr. Chrismore was converted in early manhood and joined the Methodist Protestant Church at Gosport and has always remained a devoted Christian. Since his companion's... Since his companion's death he has made his home with his children, the last few weeks being spent at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Shives, where all his children were with him during his last hours. The funeral services were held at the Gosport Methodist Protestant Church, Wednesday, February 22, conducted by Rev. R.S.
