He lived with his parents near Traer till 1894 when he came with them to Pocahontas county and settled on a farm south of Havelock. He was united in marriage to Clara May Stover February 26, 1901. They lived on a farm south west of Havelock until 1916 when they moved to Havelock on account of his failing health. Frank was one of our hardest working men and it was thot that this was the primary cause of his break down. For about two years he had been an intense sufferer. All that medical skill could do was done, he treated with many physicans but of no avail. He was a splendid neighbor and kind friend to all; he was always ready to do a good turn. The writer became acquainted with him two years ago and when we introduced the subject of religion we found him very receptive; he at once gave his heart to God and his hand to the church. God never turns away anyone who seeks him with the whole heart. So we think Frank is where there is no pain or death, let no man live without Christ and no man should, die without him, if he wants to go to heaven. If we come he will look over our imperfections, what a great saviour we have. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife, aged mother, two brothers, Geo. and Chester of this place, two sisters in Nebraska and other relatives. The funeral was conducted by his pastor, Rev. F. E. Leazor, services being held in the church and the remains laid to rest in Washington cemetery. We wish to thank our many friends for their great kindness during the illness and death of our husband and son. We hope God's greater blessings will attend every one of you.
