Description	:	Frank R. Gingerich Frank R. Gingerich, 75, of Lancaster died Monday (April 21, 1980) at his home. He had been in failing health for sometime. The son of Eli and Tacy Jane Cozad Gingerich, he was born Jan. 6, 1905 in Schuyler county. On Feb. 10 1941 he married Lavelle Spurgeon who survives. Also surviving are four daughters Mrs. Robert (Jane) Poe of Downing, Mrs. Manley (Mary) Smyser of Lancaster, Mrs. Patrick (Floy) White of Keswick, Iowa and Mrs. Steve (Barbara) Williams of Pamona City, Florida; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and four sisters Mrs. Willie (Verta) Francis of Bloomfield, Iowa, Mrs. Junior (Ruth) Shepherd of Lancaster, Mrs. William (Iva Lee) Cribbens of Chicago, Illinois and Mrs. Elbert (Ann) Robinson of Sun Valley, Calif. He was preceded in death by one brother, Mike Gingerich and an infant sister. Mr. Gingerich was a life-long resident of Schuyler county. For over 50 years he had been an automobile dealer in Lancaster. He was a member of the Lancaster Christian church where funeral services will be held at two o'clock Wednesday afternoon (April 23, 1980). Bob Schofield, pastor of the church, will conduct the services. Burial will be in the Arni Memorial cemetery in Lancaster. The body is at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster where it will remain until noon Wednesday when it will be taken to the church. Bearers will be: Tom Cottey, Douglas Shepherd, Danny Gingerich, Buddy Francis, Mike Shepherd and Clayton Thoman. Honorary bearers will be: Don Flynn, John Dodson, Edward Kerby, Gilbert McGolderick, Rayford McDaniels, John Pruner, Dale Brubaker, Harold Aeschliman, Kyle Evans and Darrell Swedberg.
