Fred graduated from Goshen High School. Worked and retired from ODOT. He loved his family and his Bible. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St Rt 28, Goshen, OH 45122 on Monday March 28th from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM. Graveside service will follow at Goshen Cemetery at 2:05 PM then burial. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Evans Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
