Description	:	FRED HULSHIZER DIES AFTER LONG ILLINESS Fred Hulshizer, 69, retired farmer and former elevator manager at Meltonville, died at his home there Tuesday morning following a four year illness. Funeral services will be held at the Meltonville Community church is Friday at 10 a. m., conducted by the Rev. Howard Root, after which the body will be taken to Marshall County for burial at Center School cemetery. Mr. Hulshizer was born Jan. 22, 1881, in Marshall county and was married to Rosa Aderhold, also of Marshall county, Dec. 24, 1900. To them nine children were born, a daughter Alice who died in infancy; Sylvester, Harold, and Herbert, all of Sun Prairie, Wis; Dale of Utica, Monn; Warren, Lawrence, and Fritz of St. Ansgar, Iowa; and Esther, now Mrs. Fred Kruse, Meltonville. Mr. and Mrs. Hulshizer moved to Worth county in 1921 to a farm north of Meltonville. They farmed till about seven years ago when they sold out and moved to the home in town. He then took a job as manager of the Speltz Meltonville elevator until forced to resign because of ill health about four years ago. Survivors include Mrs. Hulshizer, six children, 21 grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. This obituary came from my mother, she didn't leave any newspaper name or any date on the copy.
