Description	:	BUFFALO, S.C. - Mr. Fred "Perry" Hill, 82, of 144 Duncan Avenue, Buffalo, widower of Dorothy Cooper Hill, died Thursday, July 15, 2004 at 3:40 p.m. in Wallace Thomson Hospital. Mr. Hill was born in Jonesville, SC on June 12, 1922, a son of the late Vance and Lena Patterson Hill. He was a Baptist and a Veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army. Read More	BUFFALO, S.C. - Mr. Fred "Perry" Hill, 82, of 144 Duncan Avenue, Buffalo, widower of Dorothy Cooper Hill, died Thursday, July 15, 2004 at 3:40 p.m. in Wallace Thomson Hospital. Mr. Hill was born in Jonesville, SC on June 12, 1922, a son of the late Vance and Lena Patterson Hill. He was a Baptist and a Veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Hill was a retired paint contractor. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Rita Prince and husband Tommy, of Union; a son and daughter-in-law, Cecile Lee Hill and wife Mary, of Union; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the S. R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Ted Oldaker. Burial with Military Honors will be in Union Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Ricky Tucker, Michael Johnson, Bruce Kendrick, Brad Henderson, Brad Childers and Chris Bo Gregory. The body will remain at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 until 8:30 p.m..
