She was born on January 11, 1938, in Winston, Missouri, the daughter of Charles W. and Nannie (Paul) Adams. Freda was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mt. Vernon. She was born on January 11, 1938, in Winston, Missouri, the daughter of Charles W. and Nannie (Paul) Adams. Freda was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mt. Vernon. On August 14, 1955, she married Bernard B. Tull in Atchison, Kansas. He preceded her in death on January 29, 1990. Those surviving include her six children: Carl Eugene Tull of Horton, Kansas, Nancy (Terry L.) Hall of Quenemo, Kansas, Marieta (Terry) McClintock of Mt. Vernon, Anita Sellers of Eightmile, Alabama, Pauline (Roger) Curless of Mt. Vernon, Bernard (Jeri) Tull of Ottawa, Kansas; two brothers, John Adams of California and Herman Adams of Texas; three sisters, Jessie Couchman of Rushville, Missouri, Dorothy Post of St. Joseph, Missouri, and Charlene Ruamo of California; 13 grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. Her parents, one daughter, Patricia Tull and four siblings, Marvin, Harold, and Edward Adams and Helen Post also preceded her in death. A funeral service under the direction of Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at the First United Methodist Church in Mt. Vernon.
