She came to the U.S. with her parents when 11 years old and settled north of Monticello. She was married Feb. 13, 1917 to John F. Doden of Langworthy. She has spent all her married life in the Monticello area. Survivors include her husband of the home in Langworthy; one daughter Mrs. Raymond (Mildred) Buol, Langworthy; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Emma Onken, Monticello and Mrs. Hannah Hanken, Wangeroog, Germany.
