Elizabeth was the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Lintz, and was born on a farm near Graf, Johnson county (sic) Nebraska. At the age of fifteen years she moved with her parents to Nebraska City, where she lived until she was united in marriage to Geo. C. Allgaier on July 12, 1914. They made their home at Sterling, Colo., and in the short year there she made a host of friends. From there they moved to Burr, Nebraska. Here was born to this happy union the joy of her life, Baby Evelyn. A year ago the family moved to Nelson and since then she, our dear Elizabeth, has made a host of friends who showed their love while she was on her sick bed and after being called to the great beyond. Hers was a true love for home and loved ones, a loving mother and wife, a love which will not go unrewarded by one who watches over us all. Elizabeth was sick only about ten days, pneumonia taking such a strong hold that it was impossible to overcome it. A short funeral service was held on the porch of her home Monday morning before taking the body to Nebraska City, where on Tuesday afternoon services were held at the Evangelical church of which she was a member. The remains were then taken to Wyuka cemetery (sic), for interment. Rev. Shultz conducted the services here. The floral offerings were many and beautiful, showing the high esteem in which she was held. In addition to leaving to mourn her death a loving husband and daughter, she leaves a father and mother, two sisters, two brothers and many relatives and friends. We'll miss you dear Elizabeth; we know you've gone to a better world, where the angels sing and the flowers always bloom, but we'll miss you. Her baptism records show that she was born in 1888 and obit says the same. Death date is according to the obit.
