Description	:	Funeral services for Fritz Sutter, 71, of Brunswick, who died Monday, Dec. 26 at Lundberg Memorial Hospital, were conducted Thursday morning at Zion Lutheran Church with the Rev. Edward Keller, Pastor, officiating. Music was furnished by Mrs. Larry Emory at the organ and by a quartet composed of Mrs. Leonard Kelley, Mrs. Edward Keller, Mrs. Richard Stubben and Mrs. Ernest Kuhlman. Fritz Sutter, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Sutter, was born Dec. 3, 1895, at Interlaken, Switzerland. He was baptized on Dec. 12, 1895, and confirmed in the Lutheran faith on July 3, 1090. He served in the military service in Switzerland for five years. He arrived in America on Feb. 16, 1921, and became a citizen in October, of the same year. He made his home with relatives around Winnetoon and was a painter. He had been a faithful member of Zion Lutheran Church since 1923/8. He was married to Augusta Wilker on Feb. 2, 1931, at the home of her parents east of Creighton. One son, Kenneth, of Pierce, was born to them. For none years they lived in Bazile Mills, then moved to a farm seven miles east of Creighton where they lived until 1959. After being employed for three years in Kansas City, Mo., they moved to Brunswick, which was his home at the time of his death. Surviving are his widow, son, three grandchildren and three brothers and two sisters in Switzerland. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. The Creighton News 5 Jan, 1967
