Gary was employed at Angeline Industries, Upper Sandusky. He was an artist and was proud of his artwork which he displayed and sold at the Art Connection in Carey. Gary will be missed by many, especially those visiting Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Upper Sandusky, where he resided the past 10 years. You would often see him sitting near the entrance greeting people as they entered. He was a member of the former St. Paul Community Church in Vanlue. Visitation will be 6-8pm on Monday, February 11, 2019 and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey. The funeral service will be at 11:00am on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, with Pastor Joe Turner officating. Burial will follow at Zion Bloom Cemetery near Vanlue. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Art Connection and sent to Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, 225 West Findlay Street, Carey, Ohio 43316-1169.
