He graduated from Grafton high school in 1910 and later attended Nebraska agricultural college. Atfer his discharge from Camp Funston May 14, 1919, he resided on a farm northwest of Grafton. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. at the Kohler funeral home in Sutton, Rev. Ray Thomspn of Lushton officiating.
