Description	:	Born in Colmar France Jean George (aka George) left in 1853 with wife Marie Barbe (aka Barbara) Losinger and 3 sons: Joseph, John Enoch and George. Settled in WV. All 3 sons served in the Civil War. After the war George, and his wife and sons John and George migrated to Appanoose Co Iowa. Joseph became a riverboat Engineer and settled in Pittsburgh. After his wife died in Iowa George came to Pittsburgh and died of asthma in his son Joseph's home.
