Description	:	This is George Milligan Giffin, the son of George and Mary Ann "Nancy" Milligan Giffen. He married Sara Ann Belville and lived in Belmont County until 1846 when they began a series of moves westward, settling finally in Valparaiso, Nebraska. He was my first cousin, four times removed.
