Description	:	Georgie Eva Smith, 52, of Ararat, died Saturday, April 29, 2006, at her home. She was born September 4, 1953, in Patrick County to Clifford Goins and Gladys Keith Goins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mayola Norman and Ethel Seawell; and two brothers, Donnie Goins and Allen Goins. Surviving are her husband, Russell Smith of the home; a daughter, Gladys Lynnette Griffith of Dobson, N.C.; two sons, James Russell Smith and Sammy Wayne Smith, both of Ararat; three sisters, Ada Marshall of Ararat, Carlene Reynolds of Claudville and Janice Gordon of Mount Airy, N.C.;... Read More	Georgie Eva Smith, 52, of Ararat, died Saturday, April 29, 2006, at her home. She was born September 4, 1953, in Patrick County to Clifford Goins and Gladys Keith Goins. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today at New Beginning Church with the Revs. Odell White and Buford Jessup officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
