She was born May 23, 1950 in Patrick County and was a daughter of the late Clifford and Gladys Keith Goins. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Ethel Seawell, and two brothers, Donnie Goins and Allen Goins. She was retired from The Renfro Corporation and was a member of Woodland Baptist Church. Funeral services were conducted Saturday at Woodland Baptist Church by the Revs. Jimmy Slate and Buford Jessup. Burial was in the New Beginning Baptist Church cemetery.
