Burial was in the parish cemetery, under the direction of the Wintz Funeral Home. She was born July 11, 1899, at Hartington to Mr. and Mrs. Fred Walz and died Oct. 22 at her home in Fordyce. On Aug. 22, 1922, she married Ignatius F. Lammers at Hartington. He died July 5, 1942. Mrs. Lammers was a member of the Christian Mothers and the National Council of Catholic Women. She was a former teacher and resided in the Hartington-Fordyce area her entire life. Survivors include three sons, Charles of Florissant, Mo., Arthur of Kokomo, Ind., and the Rev. Ralph of Petersburg; five daughters, Miss Dorothy and Miss Alice, both of Omaha, Mrs. Virgil (Rita Ann) Lange of Fordyce, Mrs. Betty Webb of Danbury, Iowa and Mrs. Cliff (Helen) Soukup of Bloomington, Minn.; 20 grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Pauline Lammers and Miss Julia Walz, both of Hartington, and Mrs. Frank (Martha) Eickhoff of Fordyce.
