Description	:	Gilbert Ice ST. MARYS - Gilbert Ice, 79, of 918 E. Columbia, died at 5:15 a.m. Monday at Joint Township Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient three days. Death was due to a heart condition. He had been ill one month. Born in Noble Township, Oct. 8, 1886, he was the son of Jacob and Della Winget Ice. He married Florence Croft June 22, 1910, and she survives. Mr. Ice was a former employe of the West Ohio Gas Co., retiring in 1957. Also surviving are three sons, Denzil Ice of St. Marys, Gilbert, at home, and Donald of Morrow, Ga.; five daughters, Mrs. W. H. (Clarabelle) Zwiebel, Mrs. John C. (Betty) Finke and Mrs. William (Izetta) Fulton, all of St. Marys, Miss Rosalda Ice, at home, and Mrs. Richard (Virginia) Heintz of Cincinnati; a sister, Mrs. Lillie Folk of Rt. 2, Wapakoneta, and 18 grandchildren. Services will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Yoder and Long Funeral Home, Rev. Albert W. Byrne officiating with burial in Elmgrove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Wednesday.
