She was born on Aug. 25, 1904, in Albion, to William and Jennie Francis (Coe) Frazure. She married Charley Obrey Bowman on Oct. 2, 1926. He died on Dec. 14, 1991. She was a homemaker and retired in 1976 as supervising cook at Manchester College, after 25 years service. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. R.
