She was born Sept. 17, 1946, the daughter of Charles Mack and Blanche Vevral in Stanton County She was baptized in 1955 and confirmed at St. Peter's in Stanton. She attended Stanton County rural school. On July 7, 1965, she married Ervin Grashom Sr. at the Stanton County Courthouse. She worked at Leona's Coffee Shop in Stanton many years and retired due to poor health. Mr. Grashom died in August of 2001. Survivors include two sons, Ervin Grashom Jr. of Stanton, Gary Grashom of Pierce; one daughter, Vilean Grashom of Grand Island; three grandchildren; one sister, Sally Fechner of Stanton; one sister-in-law, Alice Patterson of Stanton and one brother-in-law, Eldon Grashom of Norfolk.
