Description	:	Glen Alen Sanderson, 75, Versailles, Mo., died Friday, March 17, 2017, at his home. He was born Feb. 14, 1942, in Holton, the son of the late Frank J. and Alice M. Sanderson. He graduated from Holton High School. Mr. Sanderson served in the U.S. Army. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Topeka. He was a member of Eldon Church of the Nazarene in Eldon, Mo. He married Peggy “Margaret” Sanderson on Dec. 17, 1966. She survives. He graduated from Holton High School. Mr. Sanderson served in the U.S. Army. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Topeka. He was a member of Eldon Church of the Nazarene in Eldon, Mo. He married Peggy “Margaret” Sanderson on Dec. 17, 1966. She survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Kristi Sanderson; two sons, Eric Sanderson and Dean Sanderson; three grandchildren, Holden, Esther and Ashton Sanderson; and three sisters, Ruth Burns, Mary Ray and Faye Sanderson. He was preceded in death by his brother, John Sanderson; and a sister, Anna Owrey. Celebration of life services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, March 31 at the Eldon Church of the Nazarene in Eldon, Mo., with Pastor Jerry Frye officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. that day at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Eldon Church of the Nazarene, 1024 E. Lawson Ave., Eldon, MO 65026. Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles, Mo., is in charge of arrangements.
