Glenn graduated from Hoisington High School in 1943 and then served in the United States Navy during World War II. A lifetime resident of Hoisington, he was a police officer for 34 years, with 12 years as the Chief of Police for the City of Hoisington, retiring in May of 1987. He was born May 7, 1925, the son of Emanuel H. and Dorothy Thracy (Seidl) Brack. Glenn graduated from Hoisington High School in 1943 and then served in the United States Navy during World War II. Glenn was a member of the Hoisington Bible Church and the American Legion Post No. 286. He married Thelma D. Gruber Koeller on Aug. 19, 1957, in Wichita Falls, Texas. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Thelma Brack. He was preceded in death by five brothers, Vernon E. Brack, Clarence J. Brack, Alvin Brack, Ralph Brack, and Delmar Brack; and a sister, Margaret Kopke. Funeral service held at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, with Pastor Gary Clark presiding. Burial followed in Hoisington Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Hoisington Bible Church in care of the funeral home.
