Description	:	Glenn Orvan Wright, son of Frank and Mildred (Rengler) Wright was born March 12, 1915 at Horace Community in Greeley County, Nebraska. He received his education in St. Edward, graduating from St. Edward High School in 1932. Glenn moved to Tracy, California in 1938. He was united in marriage to Gertrude Clara “Trudy” Kiesling at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Tracy. On November 9, 1942 Glenn enlisted in the United States Army. He received his education in St. Edward, graduating from St. Edward High School in 1932. Glenn moved to Tracy, California in 1938. He was united in marriage to Gertrude Clara “Trudy” Kiesling at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Tracy. On November 9, 1942 Glenn enlisted in the United States Army. They began farming north of St. Edward in 1945, where they lived and farmed for the rest of their lives. Trudy passed away on December 5, 2007. Glenn was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Albion where he served for several years on the church council. He was also a member of AF & AM American Legion and Eastern Star, where he served as Master of Lodge, Masons and Worthy Patron, Eastern Star. He enjoyed spending time with his family, reading and flying.
