Mrs. Hoagland, who formerly lived at 5109 Cass Street, was the daughter of Calvin A. Beebe, who started the furniture company in 1864. Her late husband, Frank R., was connected with Beebe & Runyan 48 years, serving as president from 1946 until his death in 1951.
