Mrs Grace Wells 56 of 59 South Broad died at her home Sunday morning at 1:30 o'clock following a several months illness. Mrs Wells is survived by her husband , Preston , one son , Preston at home, two sisters, Mrs Thomas Hartley also of 59 South Broad and Mrs W.O Clark of Fort Smith Arkansas and one brother, J.B Kirby of Los Angeles. Mr Wells, an upholster, is at the present time probation officer for Calhoun County. Mrs Wells was born September 3 1878 and had lived in Battle Creek about 25 years.
