Description	:	GRACIA NICHOISON HOPKINS, daughter of Delos F. and Minnie Blair Nicholson, was born March 12, 1896, in Lamoni, Iowa, and died Sunday, December 5, 1971. She graduated from Lamoni High School and attended Graceland College and graduated in Music. Gracia also attended Iowa State University at Ames, where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. Read More	GRACIA NICHOISON HOPKINS, daughter of Delos F. and Minnie Blair Nicholson, was born March 12, 1896, in Lamoni, Iowa, and died Sunday, December 5, 1971. She graduated from Lamoni High School and attended Graceland College and graduated in Music. Gracia also attended Iowa State University at Ames, where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. On May 17, 1917, she was united in marriage with Horner H. Hopkins. To this union, two children were born; Betty, who died when 12 years old and William of Des Moines. Gracia was a member of the R.L.D.S. church and the Des Moines Women's Club. After living 40 years in Lamoni, she and Horner moved to Des Moines where they made their home the past 35 years. Surviving are her husband, Horner; son, William and his wife, Dorothy, granddaughter, Lynn Hopkins, and grandson, William M, Hopkins, all of Des Moines; other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held December 7 in Des Moines, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery at Lamoni, Iowa.
