Clark, who passed away Tuesday, were held Thursday afternoon, at his late home at the hotel and at the Presbyterian Church of which he had long been a member. Rev. Hal Shenk, pastor, was in charge. He mentioned the long years of service to the church in his younger days, when Mr. Clark served as choir master for 25 years, of the piano and choir furniture he had contributed and many other services given. A quartette: Mrs. W. J. Ritter, Miss Caroline Ritter, Art & Elwin Anson, sang the old hymns "Sunset Gate" "Abide With Me" and "Sometime We'll Understand". Pallbearers were Dr. W. J. Ritter, Ernest Henke, Orville Crocker, C. A. Hines, Chet Ogan and John Zenter. Relatives here from a distance were Mr. Clark's brother, Herbert & Mrs. CLARK of Albion; his son, Laverne & Mrs. CLARK of Omaha; his daughter, Mrs. Peter ZACEK of Niobara and her son, Robert ZACEK of Sioux City; Leon CLARK & son of Columbus; Elton MORAN, Miss Fern MORAN, Cam MORAN Jr.; all of Des Moines, IA. Mr. & Mrs. Harold STEVENS and children of Omaha, Mr. & Mrs. E. A. STEVENS of Neligh, Ora NICHOLS and Ortee NICHOLS of Columbus.
