Description	:	Mrs. Gwendolyn Virginia England Wiseman, 95, a resident of Custer Street in Belington and more recently of Talbott Personal Care Home in Belington, departed this life at 4:12 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, 2011, at the care home following an extended illness. She was born Aug. 28, 1916, at Philippi, a daughter of the late James Robert and Daisy B. Burley England. On May 7, 1977, she was united in marriage to Forrest Wiseman, who resides at their home in Belington. Carpenter of Belington and Jeff Woods of Ohio; nephew, Eddie England and wife, Janet, of Weston; nieces, Sheila Voss and husband, Paul, of Florida, Gwen Ann Upton of Ohio, and Marilynn Sisson and husband, Lake, of Georgia; and seven stepgreat-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one infant child, one infant stepgreat-great-granddaughter, Kathy June Carpenter; and three brothers and three sisters. Mrs. Wiseman attended the schools of Barbour County, and in her former years, she was employed by Riedboard Brothers of Elkins. She was a homemaker, enjoyed painting ceramics, liked to travel and attended Belington Church of Christ. Friends were received at Talbott Funeral Home in Belington. A private interment followed on Nov. 17 in the Fraternal Cemetery near Belington. Reference: Elkins Inter-Mountain (November 16, 2011)
