Mrs. McNally as Miss Hannah Scanlan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius Scanlan, was born at Ashland, Ill., December 6, 1882. When a babe of 2 years, she came with her parents to Colfax county, where the family settled on a farm northeast of Schuyler. The remainder of her life was spent in this community. Her marriage to Harry McNally was solemnized at St. Augustine's Catholic church in Schuyler January 10, 1912. She was a member of the Dublin Catholic church and a member of the Altar society of the Dublin church. Surviving relatives are the husband, Harry McNally, seven children, Mary, James, Margaret, Kenneth, Edwin, Leo and Leonard; her invalid mother, Mrs. Cornelius Scanlan; two brothers, Cornelius and Garrett; four sisters, Mrs. Fred Geiger, Mrs. William Sladek, Mrs. Charles Geiger and Miss Susie Scanlan, all living in Schuyler and vicinity with the exception of Mrs. Charles Geiger, who resides at Farwell.
