The deceased lady was born in Ireland emigrated to America and was one of the pioneers of St. Stephens precinct where she was widely known and esteemed by the older set of that community. Deceased had been married twice, her first husband having preceded her in death many years ago, and the second, Mr. Clifford - having died while residing at St. Stephens, some eighteen or twenty years ago. Of the family of three sons - Patrick, Edward and Neil, and two daughters - Mrs. Richard Kinney and Mrs. Eugene McCarthy, but the two sons first mentioned survive her. Funeral services were held at the St. Stephens Catholic church (sic) Wednesday morning after which burial was made in the cemetery there. - Lawrence Locomotive.
