Harold was born April 7, 1935 in Hooper, Nebraska to Louis and Wanda (Suhr) Mueller. He attended Immanuel Lutheran School in Hooper, Nebraska. Harold married Georgia Newill in Council Bluffs, Iowa on February 21, 1957. She died August 22, 2014. He worked for Sarpy County Department of Roads until his retirement. Harold was born April 7, 1935 in Hooper, Nebraska to Louis and Wanda (Suhr) Mueller. He attended Immanuel Lutheran School in Hooper, Nebraska. Harold married Georgia Newill in Council Bluffs, Iowa on February 21, 1957. She died August 22, 2014. He worked for Sarpy County Department of Roads until his retirement. He lived in Omaha for forty years. He owned and operated Cass Bowl in Weeping Water, Nebraska, worked for Hartford Sand and Gravel in Valley, Nebraska. He moved back to Fremont in 2005. He owned and operated H & G Trucking in Fremont and worked for Artic-Glacier Ice in Omaha until December of 2015. He loved spending time with his family and wintering in Texas for several years. He enjoyed spending time tinkering as a mechanic, craftsman, and farmer. He was an outdoorsman who liked camping and fishing. He is survived by sons, Steve (Michele) Mueller of Avoca, Nebraska and Chris Mueller of Omaha; daughters, Deborah Brandon, Carmen (Lowell) Carlson, and Laura (David) Long all of Fremont; brothers, Don (Susan) Mueller of Peoria, Arizona and Carl (Jeanette) Depue of Valley View, Texas; fourteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by parents; wife, Georgia; and son-in-law, Joe Brandon. Funeral Service 10:30 A.M., Monday, February 15, 2016 at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Visitation Sunday from 2 PM to 8 PM with family receiving friends from 6 PM to 8 PM at Moser Memorial Chapel and will continue one hour prior to the service. Burial at Memorial Cemetery in Fremont. Memorials may be directed to the family for further designation." Moser Memorial Chapel, 2170 N. Somers Avenue, Fremont, NE 68025.
