Description	:	Harriet L. Holeman, 74, of Abilene, died Monday, September 19th, 2011, at the Salina Regional Health Center. She was born on April 2, 1937, at Herington, the daughter of Harry G. and Lillie L. (Lueker) Granzow. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am Friday, September 23rd, 2011, at the St. Paul Lutheran Church, Herington, with Pastor Bill Peterson officiating; burial will follow at the Sunset Hill Cemetery, Herington. She was born on April 2, 1937, at Herington, the daughter of Harry G. and Lillie L. (Lueker) Granzow. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am Friday, September 23rd, 2011, at the St. Paul Lutheran Church, Herington, with Pastor Bill Peterson officiating; burial will follow at the Sunset Hill Cemetery, Herington. Friends may call at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, Herington Chapel, Thursday from 2pm until 7pm; where the family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7pm until 8pm at the funeral home; and Friday from 10am until 11am at the church. Mrs. Holeman worked for many years at the Citizens Bank in Abilene as a bookkeeper and teller, until she retired in 1996. She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Herington. She graduated from Herington High School with the class of 1955. She married Robert "Bob" Holeman on August 24, 1958, at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Herington; he survives of the home. She is also survived by a son Greg Holeman (wife-Mary) of Salina, a daughter Pam Porsch of Haysville, a brother LaVerne Granzow (wife-Lois) of Los Lunis, NM, four (4) grandchildren (Ashley, Heather, Tyson, Dyan), and three (3) great grandchildren (Asher, Faith, Tristan). She is preceded in death by her parents (Harry-1981 & Lillie-2005). Memorials have been requested to the St. Paul Lutheran Church, 114 North 8th, Herington, KS 67449; and they can be sent in care of the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home & Crematory, Herington Chapel, 404 South Broadway, Herington, Kansas, 67449-3038.
