He spent all of his boyhood in Iowa. Moving his family to Kansas is 1910. He was employed at the United Brick & Tile Co., most of the time. He was engaged in farming for 10 years. He was an industrious worker, a good husband and father. He lead a clean Christian life and was well thought of by who knew him. He is survived by his wife, five children and nine grandchildren, four sisters Bertha Minder Jean Hare Muscatine, Iowa Daisy Wolfe Atlanta, Georgia Mary Bishop San Diego, California And one brother William Ansell Iola, Kansas And a host of relatives and friends.
