His death certificate also states that he was buried in the Oak Ridge Cemetery, in Buchanan, MI. -------------------------------- His father Liberty, lists his sixth child as Harry W. Dragoo, in his Civil War pension application records (from the National Archives). ----------------------------- The 1880 census lists Harry as being two years of age, which of course was a mistake, because Harry died at three days old. This particular 1880 census had "MANY" mistakes for Harry's family! -------------------------------- No headstone can be found for Harry. --------------------------------- The lot # of his burial is unknown. The cemetery sextons office had no record of Harry's burial location, but Harry's death certificate states that he was buried in Oak Ridge Cemetery. --------------------------------- Note: Since Harry was the first person in Liberty and Celestia's immediate family to pass away (before they had purchased any cemetery lots), could Harry "possibly" have been buried in the "Potters Field" area of this cemetery, which is 64% infants, aged 2 years old or less?
