Miller, 93, of Pleasantville, formerly of Baltimore, died Thursday, Aug. 17, 2006, at Fairfield Medical Center. He was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church in Baltimore, where he served as the financial secretary for 20 years, and for the past 13 years he attended the Pleasantville United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Baltimore Senior Citizens, a Liberty Township clerk for 40 years and a self-employed carpenter. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Shirlee and Gerald Ety of Baltimore and Janis and Dean Peters of Pleasantville; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Shirley Miller of Baltimore and Gary and Judy Miller of Millersport; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great-granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Garnet Miller, Mar. 21, 1981; son, Jackie Lee Miller; two sisters; and a nephew. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Christ United Methodist Church, Baltimore, with Pastor Michael Donnally and the Rev. Jeffrey Jewell officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hill Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home in Baltimore, and on Monday one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the music funds at either the Christ United Methodist Church or Pleasantville United Methodist Church in Harry's memory.
