Description	:	A memorial service for Harry William Buis, 64, of 810 McConnell Ave., will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church, the Rev. Harris Schultz officiating. Burial will be in Van Horn Cemetery, Amanda Township. Visitation will follow the memorial service in the church fellowship area. He married Sally K. Simpson on Oct. 5, 1958, and she survives. Also surviving are a son, William Alan of Findlay; a daughter, Mrs. Be (Shari) Brandeberry, Findlay; two grandchildren; and a brother, Thomas Allen of Fostoria. Mr. Buis retired from the U.S. Postal Service where he was a letter carrier and had served two terms as union president. He was a 1953 graduate of Findlay High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving in the Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, the Ohio Genealogical Society, the American Association of Navy Hospital Corpsmen and the Nuclear Veterans Association. Mr. Buis was a member of Findlay Lodge 227 F&AM, Chapter 58 RAM, Council 50 R&SM and Commandery 49 Knights Templar. He was a past "Dad" advisor for DeMolay. Memorials may be made to the Knights Templar Eye Foundation, in care of 303 Osborn Ave., Findlay; or to First Presbyterian Church, 2330 S.
