Description	:	Funeral Card: Harvey Sterns Case, son of Mr. and Mrs. N.T. Case, was born in Osborne Co., KS Feb. 3, 1900. Harve, as he was known, grew to manhood on his father's farm in Liberty Township, obtaing his grammar school education at Spring Brook County School and High Schoo at Natoma, KS. Read More	Funeral Card: Harvey Sterns Case, son of Mr. and Mrs. N.T. Case, was born in Osborne Co., KS Feb. 3, 1900. Harve, as he was known, grew to manhood on his father's farm in Liberty Township, obtaing his grammar school education at Spring Brook County School and High Schoo at Natoma, KS. On April 10, 1920, Alice was united in marriage to Miss Alice Goad. This union was blessed with two sons, David and Jerald. Harve and Alice established their home on a farm north of Paradise, KS where he engaged in farming and cattle raising. He faced the difficulties of Kansas farm life and although reveses were many and severe, Harve continued to farm and was successful. On Feb. 23, 1952, while feeding stock, he suffered a stroke and was left partially paralyzed. Harve carried that cross cheerfully to his death. Harve was a kind and gentle husband and father, understanding and friendly, holding the respect and esteem of his family and friends. He departed this life Dec. 17 at the Russell City Hospital, age 79 years, 10 months, and 14 days. Survivors are his wife, Alice, of the home and son Jerald of Los Angeles, CA; sister Mrs. Jess Lundy of Denver, CO; three sisters-in-law and other relatives and friends. his son David and daughter-in-law Edna; two brothers, Clarence and Floyd preceded him in death. When God saw the road was getting rough, and hills hard to climb, He gently closed our loved one' weary eyes and whipered, "Peace be thine" (Pohlman's Memorial Chapel - Dec. 20, 1979 - Interment in Natoma City Cem., Natoma, KS)
