Funeral services were today at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Mark Hawke officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Mrs. Korrey was born Dec. 1,1920, in Sterling, to John Milford Jacob and Selma (Zamel) Jacob. She grew up near Cozad, Neb., and graduated from Cozad High School in 1938. She lived on the family farm until her marriage on Sept. 29, 1946, to Ed Korrey, in Cozad. After their marriage, the couple lived on the Korrey farm near Iliff. She was active in many homemaker and community organizations. As a mother and wife, she was one of the best. She raised a large garden, and canned and preserved the veg etables and fruits. Mrs. Korrey encouraged her husband and sons through good and bad years. As an active member of the Iliff community she was a good neighbor, always preparing food for the sick and bereaved. She lived her life always filled with the Holy Spirit. Mrs. Korrey was a member of First Presbyterian Church for more than 50 years, was a member of Women's Church Organization, Bible study, Iliff and Logan County Home Extension clubs, and was Red Cross volunteer, and 4-H leader for many years. She is survived by daugh ter Donna Hacker and husband Fred, of Denver; sons Don Korrey and wife Barb, and Jim Korrey and wife Shannon, all of Iliff; sisters Lena Yanney and husband Vernon, of North Platte, and Carolyn Keech and husband Norm, of Overland Park, Kan.; brother Bob Jacob and wife Shirley, Casper, Wyo.; sister-in-law Dorothy Jacob, of Cozad; granddaughters Yvette Korrey Roberts and husband Josh, Yvonne Korrey, Crystal Korrey, Jamie Korrey, Erica Korrey and Melissa Korrey; step-granddaughters Angela Loven, and JoAnn Bagwell; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband Ed Korrey in 1993; sister Edna; and brothers Edward, Joe, Milford, Abe, Charlie and Sam. Memorials may be made to the Hazel Korrey memorial fund,
