Description	:	Henry Ankeny was born in Somerset Co., Pennsylvania, May 22, 1814, and died June 8,1901, aged 88 years, 2 weeks and 4 days. His death came sudden and unexpected; he was as well as usual, ate a hearty dinner, took his chair out on the porch where he sat for a few moments and dropped dead. Henry Ankeny was married in 1842 to Mrs. Susan Baum, who died Feb. 23,1900, aged 90 years. They leave two sons and two daughters to mourn the sad loss.
