Description	:	Henry Chapman was the son of Harvey Chapman and Sarah Jane "Sallie" Mefford Chapman. He was the grandson of John Mefford and Elizabeth Taylor Mefford, two of the earliest settlers of Brown County, Ohio. On February 25, 1852, in Brown County, Ohio, he married Eleanor "Ellen" McElroy. He was the father of Sarah Ann Chapman and Amanda J. Chapman. He died three days before his 30th birthday. He is buried beside his mother Sallie.	Henry Chapman was the son of Harvey Chapman and Sarah Jane "Sallie" Mefford Chapman.
