Description	:	Henry Morgan Brown, son of Eli C. and Mary A. Brown, was born in Fulton county, near Canton, Ill, on January 22, 1866, and passed away at his home in New Market November 19, 1938, aged 72 years, 9 months and 28 days. In 1890 he was united in marriage to Clara J. Worrell. Eight children were born to them, seven of whom are living: Charles, Jesse, Henry jr, Alena Pace and Bertha Miller, all of New Market; Robert of Conway and Alice Preeo of Norwich. Brown, was born in Fulton county, near Canton, Ill, on January 22, 1866, and passed away at his home in New Market November 19, 1938, aged 72 years, 9 months and 28 days. In 1890 he was united in marriage to Clara J. Worrell. Eight children were born to them, seven of whom are living: Charles, Jesse, Henry jr, Alena Pace and Bertha Miller, all of New Market; Robert of Conway and Alice Preeo of Norwich. In the year of 1903 he, with his family, moved to Barton county, Mo, where they resided for seven years, then moved to Iowa where they have since lived in Page and Taylor counties and for the past three years in New Market. In 1911 he confessed faith in the Master and was baptized in the Nodaway river by Rev Fitzgerald. Besides his wife, Mrs Clara Brown, and children previously mentioned, he is survived by 17 grandchildren, one brother, William Brown, and a sister, Mrs James Wheat both of Canton, Ill. He was a patient sufferer during his illness of more than 8 months, a loving father and neighbor and will be sadly missed by relatives and friends. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Christian church, conducted by Rev C.K. Shackleford. Burial at Memory cemetery. CLARINDA HERALD JOURNAL, Clarinda, Iowa, Nov 28, 1938
