Description	:	Henry W. Seefus Henry W. Seefus, well known Douglas county farmer, died very suddenly of heart trouble Tuesday morning April 12, 1927, at his home south of Waterloo. Mr. Seefus was born May 23, 1869 at Ottawa, LaSalle county, Illinois, and was 57 years 10 months and 20 days old at the time of his death. Read More	Henry W. Seefus Henry W. Seefus, well known Douglas county farmer, died very suddenly of heart trouble Tuesday morning April 12, 1927, at his home south of Waterloo. Mr. Seefus was born May 23, 1869 at Ottawa, LaSalle county, Illinois, and was 57 years 10 months and 20 days old at the time of his death. He came with his parents to Papillion in 1880, and was married to Miss Minnie E. Bartels, November 26, 1892. To them were born two sons, one of whom, Denny died when two years of age, at Leigh Nebr., August 16, 1896. He lived 12 years in Sarpy county, and five years in Colfax county, before coming to the farm south of Waterloo, where he has since resided. He was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America and was highly esteemed in the community which he lived so many years. Besides his wife he is survived by one son, Alvin, at home. Also by two sisters, Mrs Charlotte Zeirbel of Ainsworth Nebr. And Mrs Emma Zwiebel of Topeka Kas., and two brothers John of Scotia, Nebr and Charles of Irvington. Another sister, Mrs. Anna Koehler of Osceola and brother George Seefus, preceded him in death. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the home and 2 o'oclock at the Waterloo Community church. The services were in charge of W. O. Samuelson of Valley. During the services Robert Warren sang "Homeland" and Mrs. John Foster and Mrs. Irving Presba of Valley sang " There's No Night There." The services were attended by many old friends and relatives. Interment was at Prospect Hill cemetery, and the pall-bearers were: Martin Dablestein, Chris Jensen, Hans Hansen, Guy Sumnick, Jule Thompson and A. D. Compton.
