Description	:	Hilda Hansen, age 76, of Kenmare, died Tuesday, November 22, 1988, at her home. Her funeral was held Friday, November 25 at 2 p.m., at the Kenmare United Methodist Church. Burial followed in the Lakeview Cemetery of Kenmare. Officiating for the service was Rev. Lawrence Gill. Organist was Mrs. Joan Larson with Rev. Lawrence and Stephanie Bill providing the special music. Active casketbearers included Ron St. Croix, Jeff Duerre, Cip Jungberg, Gerard Melin, Tim Hillestad and Alan Munson. She was born on July 18, 1912, in Stafford Twp., Renville County, a daughter of Henry and Fanny (Brink) Moen. She was raised in that area and moved with the family to Lakeview Township, Burke County, when she was a young woman. She was married to Clarence Hillestad at Bowbells on June 9, 1938 and they lived at Kenmare. He died on September 13, 1978 and she remained in Kenmare where she married Julius Hansen on October 10, 1981. Besides her first husband, Clarence, she was preceded in death by a son, Dean, and a brother, Haaken. Taken from The Kenmore News, Nov. 30th, 1988.
