Howard was an unusually bright and promising child, most considerate and patient in his illness, the pride of his parents and grandparents, and he will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Read More	Obituary Tipton Advertiser April 14, 1910 Howard William Parsons was born in Cedar County, Iowa, December 22, 1902, and died at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Parsons, west of Tipton, April 5, 1910, aged 7 years, 3 months and 14 days.
