Obituary - Word was received here of the passing away of Mrs. Ida Rice Dodge at Seattle, Wash, on January 22. Mrs. Dodge was the daughter of the late Augustus Rice and Mary Condon Rice of East Patchogue. She spent all of her early life in East Patchogue. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Eva D. Bailey and five grandchildren, of Seattle. The late Mrs. William B. Hedges was her sister. Death Record - Ida R. Dodge, aged 67 years, 11 months, and 1 day, a nurse, of 4431 Kenyon Place SW, divorced, born February 21, 1863 in Patchogue, Long Island, New York, the daughter of August Rice, of New York, and (not given) Congdon, of Rhode Island, died on January 22, 1931 in Seattle, King, Washington, and was buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery on January 26, 1931.
