As Ida Jennie Unseld, Mrs. Meusborn was born* December 11, 1881 in Detroit, Michigan. She moved to Cedar Rapids, Nebraska with her parents in 1883. Mrs. Meusborn was baptized in infancy and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. On March 14, 1912 she was united in marriage to William Meusborn at Cedar Rapids, Nebraska. Two sons were born to this union, both of whom survive. The Meusborn family moved to the Holyoke community in 1917 and Mr. Meusborn engaged in farming for many years before establishing their home in Holyoke. Mr. and Mrs. Meusborn celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on March 14, 1962. Surviving Mrs. Meusborn are her husband, William, Holyoke; two sons, LaVern, Fountain, Colorado and Arnold, Van Nuys, California; three sisters, Marie, Mrs. Carl Landdeck, Hosington, Kansas, Miss Cleda Unseld, Holyoke, and Fern, Mrs. Walter Meusborn, Cedar Rapids, Nebraska; nine grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Preceding her in death were her parents and two sisters, Carrie and Elizabeth, Mrs. Carl Meusborn. Relatives and friends from a distance who attended the funeral included the following: Arnold Meusborn, Van Nuys, California; Mr. and Mrs. LaVern Meusborn and family, Fountain; Rev. and Mrs. C. Landdeck, and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Karat, Hoisington, Kansas; Mr. and Mrs. Walter Meusborn and Mr. and Mrs. Emil Meusborn, Cedar Rapids, Nebraska; Mr. and Mrs. Howard Meusborn and family, Joes, Colorado; Carl and Stewart Meusborn, Haxtun; and Mr. and Mrs. A.
