Schulte passed away on Sept. 29, 1924, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Louis Sonwalt southwest of Sigourney, Iowa, at the age of 61 years, 1 month and 9 days. Schulte passed away on Sept. 29, 1924, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Louis Sonwalt southwest of Sigourney, Iowa, at the age of 61 years, 1 month and 9 days. She was born in Keokuk County, Iowa on August 20, 1863, the daughter of Fred and Theresa Goeldner. On Nov. 25, 1885 she was united in marriage with A. G. Schulte. To them were born 4 daughters, Mrs. Orilla T. Sonwalt of Sigourney, Mrs. Clara Zink and Mrs. Leona Runge, both of Des Moines and Mrs. Ida Stevenson of Los Angeles, Ca. all who survive her. Four brothers, Guido, Arthur E., Hugo F. and Charles M. Goeldner and 4 grandchildren also survive her. One sister and one brother preceded her in death. Until 2 years ago Mrs. Schulte made her home in Sigourney. At that time she went to Los Angeles to live with her daughter, Ida. In June of this year she returned to Sigourney. Funeral services were held at the Sigourney Presbyterian Church Interment was made in West Cemetery. (now Pleasant Grove Cem.), 1880 Census, Clear Creek Twp., Keokuk Co., Iowa Fred Goeldner, age 42, born Prussia Thresa Goeldner, wife, age 40, born Saxony Theodore O., son age 21, born Iowa Hulda, dau., age 18, born Iowa Ida, dau., age 16, born Iowa Guito, son, age 14, born Iowa Arthur, son, age 11, born Iowa Hugo, son, age 7, born Iowa Moritz, son, age 3, born Iowa Services for Mrs. Leons Runge, 72, of 815 Olinda Ave., Des Moines, Iowa, will be Saturday at the Hamilton Funeral Home. Burial at Highland Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Leona Schulte Runge, the daughter of Anthony G. Schulte and Ida M. Goeldner was born in Sigourney, Iowa, Aug. 20, 1892 and died Sept. 9, 1964. Preceded in death by her husband Roy Runge. Survived by a daughter, Mrs. Dolores Vance and a son Loren Runge and a sister, Mrs. Ora Sonwalt, all of Des Moines
