Born in Hillrose, CO, on Oct. 30 1922, she was the daughter of Bertle and Martha Rasmussen Wind who farmed near there. The family moved to Sidney and the Savage area in 1935. Read More	Miles City Star, 16 Apr 1993 Ida Mae Enghusen, 70, of Miles City died Thursday, April 15, 1993, at Friendship Villa. Born in Hillrose, CO, on Oct. 30 1922, she was the daughter of Bertle and Martha Rasmussen Wind who farmed near there. The family moved to Sidney and the Savage area in 1935. She graduated from Sidney High School in 1940. She worked at the Yellowstone Merc until 1943 when she went to California to work in the Douglas Aircraft factory during World War II. In 1945 she returned to Sidney and became clerk of courts for Richland County. She and Dale Enghusen were married Nov. 23, 1946 at Savage. They moved to Glendive in 1951 and while there she was active in the Order of Eastern Star. The family moved to Miles City in 1964 and purchased the Farmers Group Agency where she was an active partner with her husband until recently. For the past 14 years, she and her husband belonged to square dancing clubs in Miles City and Billings. Her survivors include her husband of Miles City; a daughter, Susan Mason, and her husband, Ralph, of Miles City; three sons, Douglas Enghusen of Miles City, Phillip Enghusen and his wife, Sarah, of Hanford, CA, and Mark Enghusen and his wife, Julie, of Richland, WA; and five grandchildren. Survivors also include a brother, Eugene Wind of Savage; a sister, Lola Dittmer of Alamogordo, NM; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers and a grandson. Billings Gazette 17 Apr 1993 Memorial Services will be held at 2 pm, Monday, April 19, 1993, in the chapel of Stevenson and Sons Funeral Home with the Rev Bob Thaden, Jr officiating. Cremation has taken place. Stevenson and Sons Funeral Home in Miles City is in charge of arrangements.
