Born in Missouri December 7, 1876, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Frederick and Margaret Neeves Hall. Mrs. Banner had been a resident of this community for the past 28 years. She was a member of the First Methodist Church, Canonsburg. Surviving is her husband, Harlan A. Banner; one daughter, Lillian, wife of James Beam, Ambridge; one sister, Mrs. Irene Gregory, Pittsburgh; and two grandsons. |
